Behind both, Johann Heinrich von Carmer (1720-1801), Prussian judicial reformer. Figures from the monument to Frederick the Great, erected on Unter den Linden Avenue, Berlin, Germany. Made in bronze between 1839 and 1851 by German sculptor Christian Daniel Rauch (1777-1857).
