Portrait of Konstantin Ravich. 1823. Tropinin Vasily Andreevich (1776-1857). Oil on canvas. State Tretyakov Gallery. Konstantin Ravich - a friend of the composer A.A. Alyabyev. An official of the Moscow land survey office, a gambler. The portrait was painted in the 'gown genre', characteristic of the Moscow school of painting of the first quarter of the 19th century.
