Légende
Joan of Arc (1412-1431) is a French saint and national heroine. In 1430, she was captured by the English as she retreated to Compiegne. A trial was held at Rouen. Some of the proceedings took place in this Abbey of Fecamp. This engraving dates to the 1400s.
