The central banner reads: 'Committee of the Petrograd Province'. Third on the right from Zinoviev, the man may be Nikolaï Bukharine (1888-1938), member of the Politburo and the Central Committee of the Communist Party, to whom Lenin referred as 'the favorite son of the Party'.
