Russia, february 6, 2003: a regular group of chinese tourists has arrived at the station of grodekovo, russia's maritime territory, the large number of illegal migrants arrive in russia from china, they come with tourist visas and then 'dissolve' in the country, the militia and the russian federal migration service have to search for them and evict them from the country, the flow of illegal migrants is expected to increase, though since the beginning of the year 2001 a new inter-government agreement on visa-free exchange between russia and china has come into force, it makes registration of tourist groups more thougher and increases responsibility of travel agencies for illegal migration of chinese tourists to russia, (itar-tass photo/ vladimir sayapin).
