Mechanical Circus Seal 1950. The circus seal were always memorable. They would balance balls on their snouts, wear funny costumes and wave their flippers. Children could take this home in the form of an antique Japanese tin children's toy during the 1950's. The box art, like this, was often much more enjoyable than the toy inside.
