The Kashikodokoro, Ark of the Sacred Mirror, dedicated to the soul of the Sun Goddess, passing in the coronation ceremonies of Emperor Hirohito. The "Yase Boys", bearers of the Ark from time immemorial, carry it on their shoulders.
