Vietnam. Saigon. Ho Chi Minh-ville. Visite du président de l'Institut français Xavier Darcos au musee du Palais de la Reunification dans le cadre de la cloture de l'annee francaise au Vietnam. L'endroit etant a l'epoque du general Nguyen Van Thieu, avant la victoire communiste de 1975, le Palais de l'Independance, reconstruit a l’emplacement de l’ancien Palais Norodom sur les plans de l’architecte Ngo Viet Thu, premier vietnamien laureat du prix de Rome.
