Part of an album with 80 pages of drawings and a print of veneered and lacquered furniture, as well as seating., Paris (possibly), c. 1825 - c. 1839, draftsman (artist), paint (coating), materials by function, paper, ink, watercolor (paint), pencil, pen, brush, pen in grey with brush in colours, numbers written in pencil, height 240 mm, width 310 mm, mirror, table (wood and other phytogenic material), A plain light background with four wooden dresser-top mirrors depicted in varying styles, each mounted on a rectangular wooden base with a drawer and small round feet, two bases shown in a reddish wood grain and two in a darker wood grain; one mirror has a rectangular frame with turned vertical posts topped by small finials and small metal winged fasteners at the sides, another mirror has an oval frame held by taller turned posts with similar winged fasteners, a third mirror has an arched frame with slender turned posts and decorative spindles, and a fourth is a smaller oval mirror on a shallow rectangular base; the mirror surfaces show a muted bluish reflection and the wood surfaces display visible grain patterns and small brass knobs on the drawers.
