On the left several seated and standing figures wear robes and capes, one holds a staff, and a crowned or bearded figure sits under drapery; children and attendants cluster nearby. In the center background a raised plinth supports a draped standing statue, flanked by architectural elements and distant buildings, while figures in varied dress approach or converse. On the right a group surrounds the table where a partially draped reclining person lies with others leaning over or bending toward them; one figure appears to be grasping the reclining person and another kneels beside the table. Above the scene an angelic winged figure extends a wreath from a clouded sky toward the right side. The foreground includes decorative objects, drapery, and a low brazier with flames, and the whole composition is rendered in fine etched lines with crosshatching.
