IV., meeting, assembly - AA - in the open air, Switzerland, A monochrome engraved scene shows a group of uniformed soldiers standing in formation across a field with flags held aloft, while a mounted officer in a tricorne hat raises a sword and faces them; several other men in period clothing and tricorne hats stand nearby, one leaning on a staff and another gesturing, and a dog stands in the foreground looking toward the horse; a row of distant hills and trees stretches behind the troops, and a steep rocky cliff with tall slender trees rises on one side under a sky marked by horizontal engraving lines.
