The circular medallion is set against a textured rectangular background with crosshatched shading. Below the medallion is a framed rectangular panel containing an engraved depiction of a lyre or stringed instrument resting on a folded cloth and accompanied by a short sprig with leaves. The overall image is monochrome with fine linework and crosshatching throughout.
