People in period clothing walk and stand in small groups along the street and near the building entrance, some wearing top hats and long coats, others in dresses and bonnets. Horse-drawn carts and carriages are visible on the road, and trees line one side of the street. The sky above is filled with soft, clouded shading. Another ornate stone building with decorative cornices and windows appears at the right edge of the image.
