The series consists of a vignette and twelve prints, ruin of a building, architecture, city-view, and landscape with man-made constructions, Albanian Hills, A detailed black and white etching shows a large arched stone structure on the left with textured brickwork and smaller arched openings, a sloping treed embankment extending diagonally across the scene, and a long row of trees and hedges receding to the right. Several small human figures are depicted engaged in various activities along a paved path and near the archway, including figures pushing or guiding a wheeled cart and others walking or standing. In the foreground a rectangular basin or trough with water is visible, and a low wall runs parallel to the path toward the distant background. Vegetation appears throughout, with dense foliage on the embankment, individual trees with bare branches on the right, and scattered shrubs along the ground. The sky area is left largely light with fine horizontal etching lines.
