These prints were published in two volumes from 1777 onwards: harbour, landscapes with waters, waterscapes, seascapes (in the temperate zone), landscape with tower or castle, A coastal scene rendered in sepia tones shows several tall sailing ships at anchor with rigging and flags, a large cylindrical stone tower on the right with visible masonry and small windows, smaller boats pulled up on the shore, and a distant hilly shoreline with buildings. In the foreground, figures carry and move large sacks and bundles along the beach while another figure kneels by a small boat near the water. Seagulls fly in the sky above cloud formations, and scattered ropes, stones, and cargos lie on the sand.
