These were published bundled in two volumes from 1777 onwards., harbour, sunset, city-view, and landscape with man-made constructions, A sepia-toned harbor scene showing a wide waterway flanked by large sailing ships with tall masts and rigging on the right and classical stone buildings with columns and balustrades on the left; numerous small rowboats and larger ships occupy the water, and groups of people stand, sit, and row along the busy shoreline, some carrying or handling goods while others converse or gesture; foreground figures include seated musicians and standing men in period clothing, with fishermen and laborers at work near boats pulled up on the shore; architectural details like steps, pilasters, urns, and towered facades are visible on the left, while the right side shows ship decks, spars, and a flag atop a mast; the sky above is filled with large, soft cloud forms and light tones that contrast with darker shading around the structures and vessels.
