These were published in two volumes from 1777 onwards, harbour, sunset, landscapes with waters, waterscapes, seascapes (in the temperate zone), city-gate, A sepia-toned coastal scene showing small boats and larger ships on calm water, a group of people standing and rowing in shallow water and on the shore, a tall building with columns and an arched entrance at the water's edge partially obscured by trees, a towered fortification farther along the shoreline, rigging and masts of ships, a flag on a pole, clouds filling the sky, and stone steps and blocks leading down to the water.
