The other prints have remained unchanged., courtyard, Exchange, Bourse, Amsterdam, Stock Exchange of Hendrik de Keyser, A wide courtyard view framed by two long colonnaded buildings with arched openings at ground level and rows of tall windows and dormer roofs above, converging toward a central building with a clock tower and a small domed cupola topped by a weather vane; the paved courtyard shows large checkered patterns near the foreground and a long open walking area populated by numerous figures in historical long coats and cloaks, some walking, some standing in small groups, with a few dogs; the upper sky is filled with softly hatched clouds and horizontal line shading; architectural details include balustrades, pilasters, attic windows, and repetitive archways creating a sense of symmetry.
