This map was used in Halma's Tooneel der Vereenigde Nederlanden (1725) and can probably be found in Volume 1, p. 1a., maps of separate countries or regions, Roman period in the Netherlands, Batavians, Frisians, Germany, A sepia-toned antique map segment showing irregular coastline outlines, rivers drawn as winding dark lines, and shaded mountain ranges depicted with clustered triangular hatching; scattered small circular markers and tiny labeled dots appear across the land areas, and faint horizontal curved lines run across the map indicating latitudinal bands; decorative cartouche near the bottom right contains a rectangular panel flanked by two small allegorical figures and an illustrated seated figure, and a round red stamp-like mark appears near the lower right and another reddish blot near the lower left; printed serif labels in various sizes are placed throughout the map, and fine stippled shading and delicate engraving lines form the texture of the terrain and water.
