This series consisted of prints of: Spijk, Nieuwland, Heukelum (3x), Ensapijk, Leerdam, Deil, Gellicum, Asperen, Acquoy and Craijenstein (near Tricht). Later, these prints were used in: Gezigten van voornaame Hollandsche dorpen. Amsterdam: Evert Maaskamp, ca. 1775-1800., landscape with tower or castle (city(-scape) with figures, staffage), A detailed sepia-toned etching showing a riverside scene with a bridge and a building with a dome and spire rising above a multi-windowed structure, small towers on the roof, and a flag on top of the spire. Trees with dense foliage occupy the left foreground, and a group of seated and standing figures sit beneath them. The bridge spans the river and is supported by multiple piers, with the water reflecting the bridge and building. Clouds are etched across the sky and a few small birds are visible above the horizon. The riverside includes a low wall and vegetation, and the scene is composed with fine cross-hatched lines and architectural detailing.
