On the left, a rider leans back with long hair and an oval shield held above their head, their torso exposed and a short skirt visible. On the right, a helmeted rider raises a curved sword in one hand and holds an oval shield in the other, wearing armor with a skirted lower garment and a crested helmet. The horses show detailed musculature and textured manes, and the scene is rendered in fine line work on a light, slightly mottled background.
