The foreground plaza contains a circular fountain with a basin and a standing water feature, tall slender columns with square bases, and small groups of human figures depicted in simple line work. The composition includes additional buildings in the midground and background with pitched roofs, rounded towers with horizontal banding, and narrow trees at the far edges, all rendered with fine hatching and parallel shading.
