The left column features a large ornate initial decorated with floral and scroll motifs and multiple lines of serif text arranged in a justified block, with a larger bold heading near the top. The right column contains a similar ornate initial near its top followed by several lines of serif text in various sizes and weights, including a prominent centered title at the top of the column. Both columns display consistent spacing and alignment, and there are small ink imperfections and light discoloration on the paper, especially near the edges.
