Not all pasticci have survived., (story of) Cupid, Amor (Eros), the soldier, the soldier's life, witch(es), sorcerer(s) at work, A monochrome engraving shows an interior scene with a partially undressed seated woman looking upward and pointing toward a winged cherub that flies through a tall arched window; the woman sits on a carved chair draped with fabric and holds more cloth at her knee, her hair loosely styled and her torso exposed. Beside her a reclining bearded man leans on a large vessel and rests his head on one arm, with various jugs, bowls, and an open book nearby; heavy drapery frames the upper corners of the scene and a small star-like emblem appears near the man's head. The floor in front of them displays scattered objects including a bow, arrows, and a round dish, while the distant view through the window reveals a simple horizon and low hills.
