It is not always clear whether the pasticci were made by him or by his studio. Not all pasticci have been handed down., Eve offers the fruit to Adam, A black and white etched scene shows two nude human figures seated closely together near the base of a large tree, one figure with longer hair leaning toward the other while the other figure places an arm around them and reaches toward their hand; behind them dense foliage and tree trunks fill the background, and a snake is coiled around a trunk at shoulder height; at the lower right two animals resembling a reclining dog and a wary feline lie on the ground near the figures; the foreground shows textured ground and a narrow view of a landscape with layered trees and distant cliffs at the left edge.
