The upper story includes two projecting pavilions at each end with tall dark rectangular panels, columns, and small balustraded balconies, connected by a balustrade running across the roofline. Ornamental mouldings, cornices, and patterned stonework appear above and around the openings, with small basement openings at ground level. The drawing is monochrome on aged paper, rendered with precise hatch shading and linear detailing.
