The pavilion roof has curved ornamental tiles and a decorative crest, with a tree and foliage rising behind it. Across the water a windmill-like building and small houses sit near rocky banks with stylized rippling water, and a tall pole with a banner and a bird perched atop leans near the tree. Various plants, rocks, and stylized waves fill the landscape, and the entire scene is framed by a simple rectangular border.
