A woman is seated on a low stool beside the trough, leaning forward with one arm resting on its rim and a round object on the ground nearby. In front of the trough there is a large round tub and a smaller bucket placed near the woman. A windswept tree with curved branches stands to the left, its foliage detailed with fine lines, and a tall columnar tree rises behind the elevated wooden structure. A low fence with rounded posts runs along the left side, and a gate and wooden fencing appear on the right, enclosing the courtyard. The sky is filled with stippled cloud forms, and the ground is rendered with textured shading and scattered small stones.
