The composition features volute shapes, scalloped shells, and layered curved surfaces, rendered with fine parallel and cross-hatching lines. Floral garlands and clusters of blossoms wind around the sculptural forms and cascade down the sides. A bird with outstretched wings perches near the upper left of the structure, and another long-necked bird stands to the right, their feathers depicted with textured strokes. Water pours from several spouts, forming vertical streams that fall into a basin below, with rippling water and shaded reflections at the base. Decorative panels with a figurative bas-relief and leafy motifs appear on the rounded surfaces. The overall scene is vertical, with ornamental scrolls, carved foliage, and layered stones or ledges forming the lower foreground.
