Two reclining hybrid figures with human torsos and flowing hair emerge from the scrollwork near the top, each wearing a plume of feathers on their heads and leaning on the central circular frame. Below them, muscular male figures are integrated into the scrolling elements, their limbs entwined with the foliage and their faces rendered with detailed hair and beards. At the center a round medallion is held within the foliage, framed by layered moldings and topped by a small floral rosette. The overall composition is finely hatched with delicate line work, creating shading and texture against a plain background.
