Small trees and shrubs dot the foreground and cling to the ruin. On the ground near the ruin, tiny human figures and a rider on horseback are visible, along with a person walking with a staff further left. A winding path and a small stream or waterfall flow near the base of the ruins, and gentle green hills stretch into the distance on the left. The overall palette is soft pastels with pale blues, greens, and warm earthy browns in the architecture.
