The main complex is drawn in pink with dark outlines, featuring rounded towers at corners, interior rooms and corridors, and a central glass-roofed section highlighted with blue and pale yellow. Adjacent to the main complex is a long rectangular pier-like structure in pale yellow and pink, connected by a narrow walkway, with a series of small rooms along one side and a formal garden area depicted with green geometric planting beds on the other. The water around the structures is illustrated with horizontal wavy lines in blue and gray. A pale green land area with straight paths and angled boundaries appears at the top, and thin walkways and docks extend from the buildings into the water. The paper shows slight aging with faint discoloration and subtle pencil marks.
