In the foreground a woman in a long dress is kneeling and gathering or arranging vegetation near a cart wheel, while beds of plants and scattered stones fill the ground. Rolling fields and low hedgerows extend toward the distant horizon under a sky filled with layered, hatched clouds, and the overall image is rendered with fine crosshatching and textured linework.
