In the foreground a grassy, slightly uneven field stretches across the image, with a large tree trunk and branches occupying the left and top portions of the frame and casting shadowed areas on the ground. To the right of the main building a metal crane structure stands near the low roofs, and smaller outbuildings and fencing are visible along the horizon behind the thatched structures. The overall image has a muted, monochrome tone and a clear sky above the buildings.
