In the foreground a flat roadway or walkway leads toward the base, bordered by a low concrete barrier on one side and an open channel on the other, with a small vehicle visible entering a shadowed opening. A metal crane-like framework with angled beams is positioned near the center, and a series of vertical window openings are set into the lower concrete wall. On the left a lattice metal structure projects into the frame, and on the right a dark irregular rock face contrasts with the pale concrete. The overall image is monochrome with high contrast and visible signs of wear on the surfaces.
