The facade features a central arched doorway with decorative stone surround above it and several tall arched windows along the wall, some with broken panes. Scaffolding and horizontal pipes run across the exterior, and wooden planks, construction debris, and upright posts are scattered on the ground in front of the building beneath a cloudy sky.
