Above them shelves hold various pots, pitchers, kettles, pans, and decorative framed illustrations of food cuts and a crucifix with a round clock above it. Wall hooks display hanging utensils like ladles and strainers. On the floor and in front are wicker baskets, wooden tubs, and basins with cloths draped over them. Potted plants sit on a cabinet at one side and small jars and a lamp sit on a sideboard at the other side. A chalkboard with handwriting leans against the wall behind the group. The room has plain walls and a high ceiling, and there are stools and a wooden chair visible at the edges.
