Behind the fountain an expansive neoclassical building with arched windows, columns, sculpted reliefs, domed roof structures, and numerous flags on poles stretches across the scene, with tall decorative columns and statues rising at intervals along its facade. Boats and small vessels are visible on the water beside the building, and more people stand and move along the balustrades and steps near the fountain and water.
