A shirtless man lies on the floor draped with a cloth, his head tilted back and eyes closed, with a beard and long hair. A woman wearing a light-colored head covering and cloak kneels behind him, supporting his head and looking downward. Another woman in darker drapery kneels at his side, holding his hand and gazing toward him. A standing figure in a dark cloak leans against the vertical beam, hands clasped and looking upward. A small covered vessel sits on a rounded stone to the side. The floor is wooden with visible boards and scuffs, and the overall lighting creates soft shadows across the figures and backdrop.
