The upper panel displays a central griffin-like creature with a scaled body and feathered wings, flanked by two smaller four-legged animals facing inward; the wood shows carved texture and worn surfaces. The lower panel depicts a human figure seated on a stag or similar hoofed animal, holding a curved object, with stylized floral or foliate clusters carved on either side; the figure's garment has a diamond pattern and the wood exhibits tool marks and aged patina.
