The stonework shows dressed blocks with visible joints and weathering, and the canopy features tracery, foliate motifs, and three-arched openings supported by slender columns; inside the openings a dark interior space is visible. The overall image is monochrome, with strong contrasts between light and shadow on the carved surfaces and the surrounding stone, and a narrow section of a wall and a recessed arched opening are visible to one side.
