The upper panel features a series of chariot horses seen in profile, charioteers holding reins, a fallen figure with a wheel near its head, and standing draped figures at the panel ends. The lower panel shows a dense arrangement of chariots and horses with charioteers and smaller winged figures amid twisting limbs and raised arms, all carved with weathered texture and surrounded by a plain margin of background.
