Rotterdam: Johannes Hofhout (II), 1786., Person, William V (Prince of Orange-Nassau), Patriot Era (1780-1795), Period, 1785, A vertically oriented aged paper page with an off-white, slightly textured background and uneven edges, showing a large centered title area at the top in bold block letter shapes, followed by a smaller subtitle line and a prominent two-word heading in wide-spaced capital letterforms, then a large block of justified body text in a serif typeface filling most of the page and ending with a narrower column of text along the right edge, the ink varying in darkness and showing some worn and irregular letterforms, with faint horizontal paper fibers and small spots and smudges scattered across the surface.
