Amsterdam: Isaak Tirion, 1758, between p. 372 and p. 373, public road, Utrecht, Janskerk (Utrecht), A detailed etching shows a large brick church with tall arched windows and decorative gable ends, a smaller attached building with a rounded roof feature, and a tower with a cupola and weather vane rising behind the main structure; in front of the church a group of uniformed figures lines up near the entrance while scattered pedestrians and a couple walk across an open paved area with small dogs; to the right a row of tall leafy trees creates a shaded avenue with benches and lamp posts visible among the trunks, and buildings peek out beyond the trees; the sky is rendered with horizontal lines and soft cloud forms.
