The left top medallion contains a man in a military uniform with epaulettes and a star-shaped chest decoration, the right top medallion shows another uniformed man with a sash and medals, and the central lower medallion features a bearded man wearing a heavily decorated military jacket and sash. Between the top medallions is a coastal scene with rocky shorelines, waves, scattered small buildings, and groups of figures on the cliffs and in the water. Surrounding the portraits are elaborate floral and foliate cartouches and a crowned coat of arms with two lion supporters above the central top area. Flanking the lower central portrait are two vignette scenes: one depicting boats, people on a shoreline, and ships at sea, and the other showing an interior with tall columns, an elevated dais, and many gathered figures. The engraving is monochrome with fine line shading and ornamental borders framing each scene.
