Later republished as: Study print, Etudes gravées., Person, François Joseph Pfeiffer (II), drawing, A monochrome line drawing of two seated figures facing slightly toward each other, one on the left wearing glasses and a high-collared coat with a patterned texture and clasped hands resting on an unseen surface, the other on the right depicted as a younger person holding a pencil and leaning over a flat board or book while seated on a simple bench, both rendered with fine crosshatching and contour lines on a light textured background.
