Both the Hindus and by far the majority of the Dravidas are gentle, patient, submissive people. Many distinguish themselves by an admirably beautiful physique, appearing just as beautifully in their distinctive attire as the fineness and regularity of their facial features beneath the richly pleated turban. Agriculture provides them with food (not in abundance), and the Hindu needs not much more than that.
