The palace façade shows rows of arched windows and decorative battlements along the roofline, with a large circular clock face mounted on the tower above the main body. In front of the palace is a courtyard area with a sculpted fountain featuring a central statue on a raised basin surrounded by low railings. To the right of the palace an arched loggia and adjoining buildings form a street scene with people and horse-drawn carriages visible near the entrances and under the arches. The image has a faded border and a pale sky occupying the upper background.
