Figures with turbans and draped garments occupy the left and center, some seated and some standing, their faces rendered with detailed lines and varied expressions. A younger figure with lighter hair stands near the center, hands slightly raised, surrounded by older bearded men and other onlookers. Curtain-like drapery hangs behind the group, and architectural elements such as a column and arch appear at the right edge of the scene. The etching panel has a thin border and sits amid a larger sheet that shows light stains and aging marks.
