Three robed figures in the upper portion hold a long, undulating band, with two of them kneeling and one more upright, their faces showing carved features and stylized beards. Below them, ornate acanthus-like leaves form a central vertical motif flanked by smaller carved figures; one figure on the right appears to be seated with a hand touching its face and another figure on the left has a crouched posture. The stone shows weathering and surface texture, with visible joints and layered architectural elements around the relief.
